I'm truly grateful for this. I know that Pixabay hosts a very large number of great designers and artists worldwide and now, with this being my third design featured, it truly is an honor. And guess what? You can go there right now, download it for free and use it for commercial use like in an ad or on a shirt or whatever. However, I like the other artists listed always appreciate a payment of anything that you feel it's worth; if you make money it's only fair to pay the artist, right? But it is up to you how much. Large companies and ad agencies that will use it for a project having many impressions of exposure always pay in relation to the cost of the project.
I'd like to share a bit about the back story of how this design was created, uploaded to Pixabay; into my collection without any regard to it being selected and featured.
I was creating art for my 31 Favorite Bible Verses Series of mugs and shirts for my
Zazzle store.
Here's the artwork I created for verse #3:
You'll notice the 3 fish at the top of the mug design. I liked the three fish by themselves and thought I'd save the art for a T shirt sometime and the more I looked at it, I thought others might like it too. So, I added it to my Pixabay collection. Since then I've had many people "like" it and download it.
So today, I created the "3 Fish Award" design which is available in my Zazzle store which I think could be applicable if you caught 3 fish, had 3 fish get away from you or you just like the design.
